We do provide communication to TIPAAA website visitors that the TIPAAA leadership and TIPAAA governing board deem informational or appropriate for its membership. These communications at times do include third party information, however TIPAAA’s membership list and information collected from the TIPAAA website are not sold to third parties.

- We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. However we do transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
TIPAAA Refund Policy
For educational programs purchased either through the TIPAAA website or through other methods, refunds are not allowed. Per the discretion of TIPAAA management, substitutions or credit toward future programs will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
